About:
Respondus 3.5 is a Windows application that makes it easy to create and manage assessments for learning management systems, such as those from Blackboard, ANGEL, eCollege and others. The offline editor is similar to a word processor and includes an equation editor, spell checker, table editor, and full multimedia support. Respondus will import questions from MS Word format (including embedded images) and will seamlessly publish a complete assessment to an online course. Respondus offers full-featured printing capabilities, making it possible for instructors to synchronize their online exams and print exams.

Respondus 3.5 will import and export files in the IMS QTI format, making it compatible with dozens of other assessment systems, including Questionmark Perception. The "Retrieval" features in Respondus allow assessments to be moved from one course to another -- even from one learning management system to another.

Major textbook publishers, including Pearson Education, Thomson Higher Education and McGraw-Hill Higher education, offer Respondus-formatted test banks for their textbooks. The test banks can be downloaded directly with the Respondus 3.5 software and used to create online assessments.

Approximately 3,000 universities worldwide use Respondus 3.5 to enhance their learning management systems. For more information, visit: http://www.respondus.com.
