There are two ways:

olbas Posts: 1 Joined: 05/01/2012	http://www.imsglobal.org/developers/BLTI/ has the Test Consumer and Test Provider, and a Download link for their source http://www.imsglobal.org/devel...I/test/v1p1/index.php which provides for writing back a grade, has the tools, but no download. Are they available as a simple zip, for local testing/analysis?
