Greetigs.

I am making a website with a list of students and would like to know how to do that from the outside to connect to my student list by Basic LTI but I have trouble understanding how. Is there a manual for beginners?

The best beginner web site we have for developers is

http://www.imsglobal.org/developers/BLTI/

If you are an instructor, it depends on the learning management system you are using.
