RobAbel Posts: 142 Joined: 10/25/2008	Hi Everyone- Received word late last week that the papers funded by the Gates Foundation via Arabella Advisors: Advancing Consortium Assessment Reform (ACAR), have now been publicly released on the following web site: http://www.apipstandard.org/archive/archive.html Three of the thirteen papers discuss APIP - one by myself, one by Michael Russell, and one by Martha Thurlow.
